Amy Nikolaisen: Broker, Auctioneer, Realtor - Amy is an owner of Nikolaisen Land Company. Amy graduated from Mount Marty College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. She managed a branch of an independent insurance agency in South Dakota before receiving her real estate salesperson’s license and then her broker’s license in North Dakota. Amy attended Auctioneer’s School in Mankato, MN and received her Auctioneer’s License in 2011. Amy is married to her husband, Tom and they have three children, Tommy, Macie and Ashley. Amy enjoys farming with Tom and her family, fishing, hunting and going to the lake. She is the Vice President of the Towner County Economic Development Board and the Secretary of Lakeview Lutheran Church Board. Tom Nikolaisen, Jr: Auctioneer, Attorney, Realtor - Tom is an owner of Nikolaisen Land Company. Tom graduated from NDSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Education and Ag Extension. Tom also holds a Juris Doctor Degree from UND’s School of Law and is a licensed North Dakota Attorney. Additionally, Tom owns a large farm that has been in the family for four generations. He knows firsthand the business of agriculture from a legal and practical standpoint. Tom has extensive experience in all aspects of agriculture and is a leader in his market.
